Return & Refund Policy
At [Trendify hut], we want our customers to shop with complete confidence. Please read our policy below carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. You have 14days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.
• It must be in its original packaging.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if:
• The product is damaged during transit.
• The product is defective or not working.
• You received the wrong item.
In these cases, share a quick photo or video of the issue with us, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products, sale/clearance items, or promotional gifts. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
4. How to Start a Return

Please note: Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
5. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method, Bank Transfer, or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3 to 5 business days.
