Thank you for visiting and shopping at Trendify Hut. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer fast delivery across Pakistan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery Time: 3 to 5  days.
• Shipping Cost: Standard delivery charges apply (Free shipping on specific promotions).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience and trust. You can pay in cash to the courier rider at the time of receiving your parcel. Please ensure you are available at the provided address or have the amount ready for a smooth delivery.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email containing your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery on our courier partner's website.
5. Damages & Lost Parcels
If you receive your order damaged or if the packaging is torn, please contact our customer support immediately before opening the complete parcel (sharing an unboxing video helps us resolve the issue faster).
